Do you ensure enthusiastic and successful employees in the right place at the right investment? Do you challenge management to think creatively about how they can strengthen Enza Zaden? Then we are looking for you.

The HR Business Partner acts as a sparring partner for local management in Allones and Châteaurenard. You make an important proactive contribution in guiding managers, developing leadership and increasing the involvement and passion of employees so that the objectives are realized. You implement various topics from the operational HR cycle by supporting, advising and coaching management and directors in order to realize optimal staffing for the long term. As an HR Business Partner, you make an inventory of current and future personnel needs, you ask the right questions and translate this into HR-specific actions in terms of learning & development, compensation & benefits and recruitment. You ensure the application of all legal requirements for employment law & employees security regulations.

The HR Business Partner guides and advises the management regarding performance management. You can provide insight into the quality of the current workforce. You analyze any bottlenecks and provide possible solutions and facilitate change processes. In short; you are an all-round HR Business Partner who can handle strategic issues but also resolve operational issues. In addition, you have the (continued) development of one or more HR themes in your portfolio and you work cross-departmentally.

The number of employees varies from 89 in low season up to 125 in high season. Because of your experiences and stakeholder management, the managers, but also the employees know how to find you in no time. You are in charge of the internal communication and organise all internal events to develop “teamwork and cohesion” and continue our strong employer brand. Therefore, you also have external contacts with all HR stakeholders such as medical services, employee insurances, labor agreement association, temporary employment agencies and other relevant agencies.

Profil recherché

You are an entrepreneurial professional who combines vision with a pragmatic approach. As easy to deal with senior management you are as well at ease with operational management. Therefore you have excellent communication skills (organizational-sensitive) and know how to work together with the relevant stakeholders. You can carry out the position/tasks as independently as possible and are willing to learn from others. As a true HR Business Partner, you can convince and give both solicited and unsolicited advice / support to the team on HR-related topics.

In short, you:
- Have a completed higher vocational education preferably in HRM, possibly with relevant further education
- Have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, commercial and result-oriented environment
- Have experience with French law and works council
- Are able to travel regularly to our other station in Chateaurenard
- Excellent in English and French (in word and writing)
